In an effort to fully explore the issues surrounding the Chargers proposal for a new stadium, KUSI TV (channel 9) will present a two-hour primetime special tonight, Thursday, February 5th from 8 to 10 p.m.

The entire proposal will be presented by Chargers President Dean Spanos, Special Counsel Mark Fabiani and Mark Steele of the M.W. Steele Group. Every aspect of the proposal from site plan, relocation of Qualcomm, and the financial considerations will be presented.

This will be followed by a critical review of the proposal by City Attorney Casey Gwinn, Council members Donna Frye, Brian Maienschein and Michael Zucchet.

Viewers will gain perspective on stadium deals from experts in Arizona and Houston, where new stadiums have supported NFL efforts and teams.

This will be a highly visual, fast paced effort that should offer viewers insight, in-depth reporting and an opportunity to hear from both sides in an unedited format.
